LIVE FROM DESIRE, NOT DEFAULT

Are you ready to let go of the idea of “having it all,” so you can finally have what matters most?

PERMISSION TO PAUSE

You’re burnt out from always achieving.

You’ve built a life around doing, proving, and always being “on.” But lately, something’s shifted.

The titles don’t feel as satisfying.
The success feels hollow.
And all you really want is to exhale.

You’re craving stillness, softness, connection—a life that feels sacred, not strategic.

Factora Society is a coaching experience for accomplished women ready to break free from hustle culture and reconnect with what matters most.

It’s where we trade performance for presence, achievement for alignment, and the masculine chase for the feminine return.

This is your invitation to exit the rat race and begin the quiet, courageous work of coming home to yourself.

Factora started as a space to build our financial wealth together—and that mission changed lives. The more I taught wealth-building however, the more I saw what women were really craving: peace, presence, and the permission to slow down.

This next chapter of Factora is about cultivating your inner wealth—and it starts with The Success Den this September.

The Success Den

The Success Den is a 10-week coaching experience for women who are ready to release the pressure, reset the pace, and reconnect with what truly matters to them most.

Two women are smiling and holding hands, with one woman wearing a pink shirt with a pattern of green and black graphics and the other wearing glasses and a black top. They are sitting at a red table.
Why a Society?

Because transformation doesn’t happen in isolation.

It happens in connection, reflection, and the presence of others who can remind you who you truly are.

Modern womanhood has become a performance. We’re expected to keep performing—at work, at home, on our appearance—non stop.

Factora Society is where we stop striving alone and start softening together. A space where driven women gather to decondition, witness, and grow.

Together, we unwind societal programming and begin cultivating simplicity, emotional spaciousness, and lives rooted in meaning.

Why Coach with Allegra?

I’ve lived the hustle life.

Corporate climbing, company building, constant achieving. It looked successful on the outside but felt miserable.

Burnout led me to coaching, healing, and my first taste of internal peace.

Now I live slowly, parent intentionally, and help women untangle their worth from their work.
