A woman with long hair and a striped shirt is joyfully holding a young girl with curly hair; both are laughing and appear to be having fun indoors, with a painting of a ballerina hanging on the wall behind them and a large plant nearby.
WHO IS ALLEGRA?

I used to meet people and ask, "What do you do for a living?"

Now I ask, "What do you love doing?"

For years, I was successful on paper—excelling in corporate America, running a company, achieving nonstop. But inside, I was exhausted, anxious, and completely disconnected from myself.

In 2021, as I sped up the bullet train of outward success, I knew it was at the cost of my inner peace. Finally I began the real work: life coaching, mindset training, and emotional healing.

That’s when everything began to shift.

Finally I could stop performing. Stop proving. Stop considering other’s opinions of me before my every move.

And with that pressure removed, I began building a life that feels deeply nourishing.

These days...

I spend slow mornings with my daughters.

I journal, read, and work in peaceful pockets of time that honor my energy.

I spend more time outside than online and am a newbie vegetable gardener.

I take time to feel my feelings and go to bed guilt-free.

I live in a home that reflects what I value—not just what I can afford.

And I move through life with a calm I never imagined possible.

Letting go of the woman I thought the world wanted and becoming the one I want to be has been a deeply rewarding process.

Factora Society is

The space I wish had existed for me when I was trying to do it all—be a CEO and a new mom.

It’s a warm, honest container for women who have been over-functioning for years and are craving the ability to slow down, listen inward, and build lives that feel good on a daily basis. To stop moving the goal post and experience “enoughness” right here and now.

A space for women who are tired of scrolling, striving, and second-guessing themselves. To stop leading with your resume and start leading with your intuition.

A family sitting on a couch in a living room. The woman is holding a baby, and they are smiling at each other. A man sits next to them. An out-of-focus child is running in front of the camera. The background has large colorful paintings of a black panther, a tiger, and a cheetah on the wall.
Five women standing on a porch, smiling and holding a glass of wine, in front of a house with potted plants on either side.
If you’re here, you might be wondering...

What happens if I stop chasing and start being?
Let’s find out, together.

MY VALUES

Honest Reflection

I’ll help you reflect on what’s no longer working—without shame or sugarcoating. We don’t avoid the truth here. We welcome it, with compassion.

Self-Trust

You already know what matters. I help you hear it clearly and trust it deeply so you can take action on it starting now.

Intentional Simplicity

Life feels better when it’s less cluttered and more aligned. We strip away the noise and over-functioning so you can create a life that supports your energy, values, and well-being.

Peaceful Rest

It’s time to unlearn the pressure to always be productive. You’ll start choosing rest not as a reward, but as powerful and productive part of your life.

Inner Leadership

You’re the best authority on your life. I’ll support you in leading from within with a calm conviction that doesn’t rely on external validation.
