The success den

A coaching program for high-achieving women ready to consciously awaken.

What it is

The Success Den is for women who are curious about getting to know themselves at a deeper level.

It is for women who are tired of constantly striving in their careers and personal lives and are ready to cultivate internal permission over external validation for good.

You will learn how to quiet your mind, release frustration, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.

This work is not about adding more to your plate. It is about learning conscious awakening skills to grow your mental fortitude, emotional resilience, and self-trust, and in doing so, accessing a new level of clarity and calm.

testimonials

“My current self deeply appreciates the decision to join The Success Den.

I joined because I was carrying a constant anxiety that I was somehow “behind” in life, even though I was working hard and excelling at everything I did. I was also exhausted.

Each part of the program was intentionally built to deepen my healing journey and support my commitment to self-love. I learned how to be more compassionate with myself, create awareness around choices that don’t serve me, and use my own mantra as a powerful way to stay present and open my heart.

During the program, I realized how little time I had spent actually feeling my emotions, and with Allegra’s support, my body and soul learned how to pause, open up, feel, and release. Looking back at the chaos of unfelt emotions I carried before, my nervous system is now calmer, and I can finally listen to and care for my body with love and compassion.” —Jenn M.

“Working with Allegra gave me the clarity and self-trust to finally make a decision I’d been avoiding for a while.

I put in my resignation at work, which had honestly been out of alignment for a long while, and instead of fear, I felt grounded, optimistic, and deeply at peace with what comes next.

I’m motivated to explore what’s ahead, but also to truly enjoy being present in this new phase of my life where work does not dominate my energy.

The thought work skills and emotional guidance I gained through our work in The Success Den helped me trust myself in a way I haven't before, and I feel well-equipped to carry that trust forward into whatever comes next." —Danielle Z.

“Allegra taught me two things I didn’t even realize I struggled with: how to feel my emotions and how to trust myself.

Every session brought new breakthroughs that helped me override old patterns of thinking. Allegra has truly done the work herself, and she coaches from a place of experience and softness that deeply resonated with me.

We share a career background, and that recognition helped me feel seen, valued, and challenged. Even without that connection, I believe her coaching is unique and exactly the kind of support high-achieving women need: accountability to examine our inner voice, uncover what we truly desire, and move forward without spiraling or waiting for permission.

Being part of a container with other women added a powerful layer of openness and belonging. I’m deeply grateful for this program and highly recommend doing it.” —Abbie D.

“This work was the missing piece after years of therapy, psychotherapy, and other coaching.

For the first time, I learned how to actually feel my emotions in my body, and I’m 39. I can truly hear my body and intuition now. I’m no longer reaching for distractions or picking up the phone to vent. I’m regulating my nervous system and exploring the deepest parts of myself, and it’s the best gift I’ve ever given myself.

I applied to The Success Den on a whim. Even though I didn’t know exactly what the experience would entail, I knew I wanted the opportunity to work with Allegra again. The weeks that followed were deeply transformative.

If you’re a high-achieving woman who feels like there has to be more to life than constantly juggling it all, or you’re craving a reset, The Success Den is truly for you.” —Allison M.

  • Not at all. While many of the women in this community are navigating questions around motherhood, the real focus is on identity, clarity, and creating a life that feels aligned. Whether you're pivoting in your career, relationships, or lifestyle, this space is for women ready to live more intentionally.

  • Factora Wealth was focused on teaching women about how to achieve outer wealth via investing education. Factora Society is about helping women experience their inner wealth—clarity, confidence, and self-trust—especially as they move through major life transitions.

While we won’t be focusing on finances, your relationship with money may come up—especially in how it connects to self-worth, identity, and decision-making—and we will absolutely tackle that.

This evolution came from my own transformation: after years leading a fast-paced startup and achievement-focused life, I stepped away to embrace a less stressful, more aligned, family-centered life. Now, I coach high-achieving women who want to do something similar on their own terms.

  • No—this is life coaching, not therapy. As a certified coach through The Life Coach School, I’m trained to help you see the inner workings of your mind so you can shift limiting beliefs and take aligned action. Coaching is future-focused. It’s about growth, not diagnosis. Many clients find it a powerful complement to therapy.

  • This isn’t a productivity bootcamp or a surface-level mindset course. It’s deep, honest, and personalized coaching rooted in conscious awakening. You’ll be seen and challenged in ways that shift your entire way of thinking, feeling, and being. It’s intimate, transformative, and led by someone who’s done this work herself.
